Our process has depth and is backed by extensive executive experience.

The view from the top branch of the tree offers a much broader perspective than from the ground.  We can see things we couldn’t see before. The top branch of the tree is also known as the leader branch.  If it is compromised, the whole tree will struggle to remain strong and thrive.

Top Branch Consulting works with individuals and teams to deeply diagnose the issues holding them back, from a senior and broad management perspective. We then offer curated solutions to support our clients to achieve their goals through practical organisational development and cultural consulting, facilitation and coaching.

We consider ourselves part of your team and listen deeply to learn more about the issues you bring to us in order to curate a customised solution which takes into account your expertise and progress on the issue.

We work hard to ensure your experience with us is inspirational, engaging, worthwhile and motivating, because working on solutions doesn’t need to be a drag.
