We work with individuals and teams at all levels in the organisation to lift organisational performance, increase engagement and enhance effectiveness.

Coaching conversations are structured, tapping into the strengths and potential of the client to create meaningful goals and ensure accountability for resulting actions. 

We are committed to ethical practice and abide by the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics.

How it works - for organisations:

  • The organisation provides Top Branch Consulting with a brief

  • The organisation and Top Branch Consulting enter into a Coaching Contract

  • Top Branch Consulting will conduct pre work including setting expectations and scheduling sessions with individuals

  • Coaching sessions with individuals commence:

    • Three-way sessions with a manager or organisational sponsor occur at first session to establish goals and measures of success

    • Three-way sessions with a manager or organisational sponsor occur at mid-point and last session to review progress against agreed goals and measures of success

  • Program closes – Top Branch Consulting and the organisation review success against goals and measure and discuss next steps


How it works - for individuals:

Individuals may engage Top Branch Consulting directly for coaching, where their organisations do not offer such programs.

After an initial free consultation, you will enter into a coaching contract outlining the number of sessions, fees and responsibilities of both parties.
